How do I track my order after it has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, exantediet.com will send you a confirmation by email confirming your consignment number which will enable you to track your order through to delivery.

Please ensure that you have a mobile number listed on your account as some courier's will update delivery information by text message.

You will be able to track your order once this has been collected from the warehouse on the courier websites using the consignment number provided.

Please contact direct with the couriers in the first instance for any order tracking queries as this method will provide far more up to date information than that available to exantediet.com.
